I attempted to connect the KPA500 utility and saw message "KPA500 waiting for power button or firmware load". That was not changed by power button so attempted a firmware load.
Firmware load completed ok and my KPA500 is back to normal. I had disconnected my station PC to replace a failing hard drive. I had reconnected the PC with KPA500 powered (rear switch) but off (front panel). When the PC booted it caused my Arduino based station controller to boot several times as it is powered from a USB port.
