I no longer think the "All" display of antenna configuration may be misleading. The black square marker (Windows) and the dash marker (Mac) indicate that the antenna is enabled on some bands but not enabled on all bands. This marker is not present if the antenna is not enabled on any band. This is clearly documented in the Win help file but it had been a long time since I reviewed it.
