The KAT500 Utility, if connected to the KAT500, WILL display the current KAT500 configuration and not the default configuration. Neither the KAT500, nor the KAT500 Utility, have any knowledge of what you saved unless you restore that saved configuration and it becomes the current configuration. However, if you go to CONFIGURATION/EDIT CONFIGURATION/ANTENNAS then "ALL" is selected by default. To inspect the "per bad" antenna selections you must select each band individually. The default to "ALL" when the "per band" specifications are not all the same may be misleading. If you have a situation in which the Utility does not display the current KAT500 configuration then please document it carefully with screen shots and send a report to Elecraft support. Please include the KAT500 firmware version and the Utility version. I'd also be interested in seeing that report.
