I'll also chime in about ARRL insurance. I had my backpack with my HT in it
stolen out of my car. When I filed a claim, they just asked for a copy of
the police report and it was done. Super easy.

The other nice thing is that you can set your own replacement cost for your
radio. Since my HT was a TH-D72a, replacement cost is higher than the
original purchase price, and I could adjust that each year when the policy
was up for renewal.
