While it sounds dumb when they make such a statement, it is kinda like when here in the US of A, one of the questions on our yearly income tax forms is: Was any of your yearly income obtained illegally (or words to that affect)? Now that you have been warned, they have a better handle on what is required to toss your (biblical term for a donkey here) in jail.
