Thanks for your note Dave! It is reassuring when someone else can confirm
odd behavior and that it is not just me failing to understand what is
supposed to happen.

 

That is the case far too often as it is.  :)

 

Don't you just hate it when you have a brilliant idea and the hardware just
won't cooperate the way it is supposed to?  ;)

 

It sure does seem that it is a timing issue and that macro execution
proceeds without heeding the completion status of preceding commands.

 

For now I will have to train myself that some buttons just need to be hit 2x
to get what I want.
