I'm having trouble getting RMS Express to transmit. I've tried various combinations of RTS PTT settings and am using the digital setting in the RMS software. The transmit light goes on but no power out and failure to connect. Do I need to use port share software with the KIO3B? Is there another setting I'm overlooking? Thanks for any insights.
