I like this feature. It means that the system automatically compensates for losses in the KAT100. I know that when I switch in the internal tuner in my TS850s, I see the power output drop on my external meter. Not so with the K2/100-KAT100 combination.

I know, it's inaudible fractions of a dB, but I'm obsessive.
