If other attempts (checking computer, ports, cables, etc.) fail, contact [email protected] and they can give you a couple of points to measure in the K3. Should the K3 be the fault, and if you are capable of SMD IC replacement, then they can send you the RS-232 to TTL/CMOS converter IC and you can replace it. If you are not capable, you may be able to exchange the KIO3 board.

K3 Utility and refreshing the port list only gives me ports 1 & 3.
Neither of these ports are communicating with the K3. I've restarted
the computer several times and changed USB ports on the computer with
no change. It was working fine when I turned it off yesterday, any
suggestions?
