Thanks for your patience, Thomas. Nothing is ever quite perfect the  
first time around....

As for the KXPD3, I'm experimenting with different set screws for the  
contacts. But you don't need to wait for me: several customers have  
applied a rounded point to their existing set screws with excellent  
results.
