Wayne, Glad to hear it. This was my gut feeling when I got my kit, and I decided not to follow that part of the assembly guide and leave the grille in place. Now I'm glad I did! I'll follow whatever recommendations you come up with for the remaining vibrations, but on my unit it's not much of an issue, and only occurs at a very narrow range of frequencies.
