However, the KX3 is not an iPhone. The iPhone pinout includes a left and right audio out channel, and audio in, and a ground. From previous published comments, it appears the KX3 will have a PTT/UP/DN line, an audio in (with bias for an electret element I assume), and two ground lines. One would need the pin out of the connector on the KX3 (not yet published) in order to modify an existing adapter or build your own.
