Due to an ordering misunderstanding I have 2 different Deoxit versions, standard cleaner and Deoxit Gold. According to the instructions the cleaner cleans(!) and the Gold is applied post cleaning to prevent any subsequent oxidation/tarnishing. Wonder which everyone's using..?
