I can't seem to type in dirgho-i-kars or dirgho-u-kars on the QWERTY phonetic Bangla layout demo page anymore. Briefly, typing "ii" for instance, immediately after a consonant results in a hroshsho-i-kar followed by an entire hroshsho-i. Since I didn't have this problem earlier, I suspect this is an artifact of the new build which implemented intelligent discrimination between the vowel and the -kar depending on whether it followed a consonant.
Anyone else having this problem? I found this while accessing http://ekushey.org/projects/browser_ime/qwerty-phonetic/ via Safari 3.0.4 on a Mac.
