Unity College is seeking adjunct faculty to teach in its online Master's in Environmental GIScience program.
Currently we are seeking qualified instructors to develop and teach the five core GIS and Remote Sensing courses. These courses develop students technical skill with GIS and processing special data, but also involve solving environmental issues, community outreach, and professional development. Courses are all taught in 8 week blocks and are asynchronous. Class size is limited to 20 students. Because the quality of these courses depends heavily on student interaction with the instructor, daily presence minimum of 5 days per week and serious engagement of the material with students is expected. Please submit a CV, letter of interest, and the contact information for three references to: http://www.unity.edu/about-unity/human-resources/job-listings Inquiries for more information are welcome.
