Earthwatch is currently seeking proposals from scientists for field-based research that engages citizen scientists (recruited by Earthwatch) in projects that address key conservation and sustainability issues in the following areas: - Ocean Ecosystems - Paleobiology, Archaeology, and Geology - Glaciology and Polar Ecology - Restoration Ecology - Sustainable Agriculture and Forest Ecosystems - Global Conservation Priorities - Collaborative Ecological Research Program In all of these areas, we are prioritizing research that helps increase understanding of global change.
