In the meantime, I wanted to make sure I extended the invite to share your job market stats (# applications sent out) to those who are still in the postdoc phase but have not yet landed a permanent position. That info is also relevant, and one ECOLOGGER pointed out that I could bias my sample if I only got answers from those who successfully landed a position already. Duly noted.
