I would agree with Andrew regarding Wordpress.org. It does allow you to
include both static and dynamic pages and is very user-friendly. If you
decided to go with www.wordpress.org (the paid version which affords you more
flexibility in how your site looks and acts), I would recommend using
Bluehost.org as a server (if you need it). I have several Wordpress sites
hosted with Bluehost, namely because it works so well with Wordpress. They
have an automatic set-up option for installing Wordpress and you can buy and
manage your domains directly from them instead of going through a third-party
like GoDaddy.com. Their rates are pretty reasonable and you can host up to
like 100 sites on a single server account.

Let me know if you have questions.
