Dear Ecologgers,
for some data analyses I'm planning to undertake, I would like to use
Partial Least Square regressions (PLS).
I've tried both Statistica 7 and Simca-P+ as a demo version. The first
one doesn't have all the output I need (i.e. VIP and confidence
interval) while the second one do have them but it is a bit
expensive for us (ca. 1500$).
Do you know any software either free ware or software (but not
expensive) to run PLS analyses?
