Participants will explore a range of tools and workflows, covering: Genome assembly and annotation for eukaryotic genomes Identification of single nucleotide variants (SNVs) and structural variants (SVs) Functional analysis of genomic variations in an evolutionary context The course combines lectures with hands-on practical exercises, ensuring participants develop both theoretical understanding and practical skills.
