Please fill out and share the Trans in STEM climate survey. The goal is to collect quantitative data on experiences across departments, institutions, and levels of the academic hierarchy (faculty, grad students, undergrads). The survey is anonymous and open to both trans and non-trans respondents. Results will contribute to a write-up on advocating for safer STEM environments. You can find the survey in the second link here along with a resource guide on *How to Support Trans Colleagues*: https://linktr.ee/trans_inclusion. Thank you so much!
