International graduate course in functional traits offered in Quebec, Canada, June 15-20th, 2025 Special 10th anniversary edition The functional trait approach is widely used today in ecology, both to more precisely characterize biodiversity, understand community assembly, interactions among species, ecosystem functioning and applied in land management such as ecological restoration, agroecology and forest management. This summer school will familiarize you with this approach including theory, quantitative analyses, data management and concrete applications. This is our 10th anniversary edition (formerly schools in Quebec, France, Colombia, Czech Republic and Spain, starting in 2009). Who? Students from MSc, PhD programs, postdoctoral fellows.
