The Functional and Restoration Ecology

University is recruiting graduate students at the MS or PhD level for Fall 
2025. Graduate student projects will broadly focus on rangeland or forest 
restoration. If you are interested in joining the lab, please contact Dr. 
Garbowski via email (garbo...@nmsu.edu<mailto:garbo...@nmsu.edu> ) before 
January 30, 2025. Please attach a resume/CV to an email in which you discuss 
the following:

1.            Your research interests and how they align with the lab's core 
research goals
2.            Your educational background
3.            If you are interested in an MS or PhD program
4.            Research experience (if applicable)
5.            Why you are eager to attend graduate school

Students who choose to apply to the lab need to meet the requirements of the 
Range Science Graduate 
Program<https://anrs.nmsu.edu/graduate/range-science-grad-phd.html> and apply 
to the program before February 15, 2025. Positions will be supported through 
research and/or teaching assistantships. Individuals from traditionally
