Obtaining and processing environmental data with Geographic Information Systems 
(GIS).
Studying genetic variation and population structure using R.
Identifying local adaptation signals with state-of-the-art tools like samβada.
Planning robust landscape genomics experiments, including sampling design.
Interpreting and validating results for evolutionary biology and conservation 
studies.
