Desktop team NAKed maintaining it, and it looks like reverse-
dependencies would need changes (and for one, having written the nm-
applet patch, I rather this be removed to use standard status icon code
than appindicators). Setting to Incomplete.
If this needs to be in main to support software, please find a team that
would sign up to maintain the library and the necessary patching to
reverse-dependencies to port to the new libs.

"better" and "supported" ayatana version

to drop and switch to appindicator, I think we will save a lot of work by just
syncing stuff and not maintaining appindicator anymore (at least moving it to
universe)

* It builds a python2 bind, maybe we can just not MIR all binaries there
