Dash search for "language" doesn't return Language Support

Bug description:
unity 4.10.2-0ubuntu1, Ubuntu Ocelot
1. Click the Ubuntu button.
2. In the search field, type "language".
What happens: There are no results.
What should happen: "Language Support" appears as a result.
The same problem does not occur for other System Settings panels, e.g.
"power" or "appearance".
