Title: Week32- Icon with no graphical image and double icons Status in Unity: Fix Released Status in “unity” package in Ubuntu: Fix Released Bug description: Week 32: Ubuntu 12.10 Quantal (Radeon GPU) with ppa:unity-team/staging Launcher does not show icons properly for opened applications, sometimes it shows 2 icons for the same application. 1 proper icon and 1 icon with no image, no indication as to which application the icon is representing. See screenshot - it shows a gedit window open and 2 icons created on launcher, 1 for gedit and 1 with a question mark in place of application image.
