All, Just a quick note. Thanks to work from the Scholars Portal team (https://github.com/scholarsportal), the bug with filenames that have spaces/whitespace has been fixed in the upcoming DSpace 7.6.3 release. The fix was just merged yesterday and can be found in this PR: https://github.com/DSpace/dspace-angular/pull/3876
The DSpace 7.6.3 release can be expected in the next two weeks. We are hoping it will be out by the end of January, but it may be the first week of February.
