1. We created the Group = OK. 2. We create the Collection and link it to the Group = OK. 3. We created the Item (With Attachment) = OK 4. The already created item goes to Approval or Refusal = OK 5. When we approve the item, it does not approve and returns to the initial state of "approve or reject".
