Hi Ravi, My suspicion is there's an error that is blocking these menus from appearing properly. Have you tried following our Troubleshooting guide to look for errors in either the frontend (in your DevTools in your browser) or backend (in the log files)?

Run "./dspace index-discovery -b" on the backend to do a full reindex.
