Hi euler, are you sure the rights section isn't showing in the mets.xml *as it appears to the theme*? That said, when I did this for a repository I was supporting at the time, apparently I had to copy the logic to append the URL parameter into <xsl:template match="dri:reference" mode="detailView"> in common.xsl to look the same as in the <xsl:template match="dri:reference" mode="summaryView"> template - so the detailView and summaryView templates in that file now look essentially identical, other than passing the respective mode through in their first apply-templates call.
