Ivan, I think option #1 is a "good enough" quick fix for 3.0. Admittedly,
having it link to the RDF copy is not the most user-friendly, as RDF is not
very readable. But, it's the best we can do for now, as we no longer capture
the CC license in plain text...it's only captured/stored in RDF.
