Hi, i've noticed that this jar exists. The need for it resides on the DSpace
script (bin/dspace - oai command), however this introduces a redundant
reference in the webapp. OAI generated war now contains the OAI 2.0 compiled
classes (under WEB-INF/classes) and also this specific jar (under WEB-INF/lib -
actually unused). I don't know what Mark has to say about this, but seems
better to me to have oai webapp dependent on the jar (easier to update) then
the compiled classes.
