Scoped search in simple search form on navigation bar queries "search" instead
of "discover" (ie. ArtifactBrowser/Search instead of Discovery)
To reproduce:

1. Using search or facets, browse to a collection, community or item
2. Select "In this collection" and clicking "Go" in the simple search form in
the XMLUI nagivation bar while viewing a community, collection or item using
DSpace Discovery.
Correct behaviour:

This *should*, as far as I can tell, POST to /handle/*/*/discover with scope
set as the 'location' filterquery, but it instead POSTs to /handle/*/*/search,
which results in a 404.
