Fix Version/s: 1.7.0
This issue was discussed in DSpace Developers Meeting on 01 Sept 2010.
Developers still uncertain what can be causing this. We need to try and figure
out a way to replicate so we can fix it for 1.7.0.
Richard Rodgers said MIT is investigating this, and will check with Sands Fish
on latest status.
Please add additional details to the comments in this issue if you've
experienced this issue. We need to try to narrow down the problem, so that we
can resolve it.
