Say we have three fields in our item:
dc.contributor.author contains "Smith, Geoff"
dc.contributor.advisor contains "Adams, Bryan"
dc.contributor.other contains "Chuzzlewit, Martin"
On the item page, we want to show "Author" as the contents of
dc.contributor.author, and "Contributors" as the contents of dc.contributor.*,
but we don't want to duplicate the contents of the "Author" field in the
"Contributors" field. This patch to ItemTag does that.
