This patch does a few things for 1.5.1 and 1.5.2 people:
Includes the "set primary bitstream" feature from the 1.6.0 importer
Removes the temporary handle file from replaceItems() as it was causing problems
Factors out item manipulation methods into a separate class for use by other
tools
Introduces a new tool: AddBitstreamToItem. A command-line tool to add single
bitstreams to existing items.
Probably works on 1.5.0 as well, but I have not tested it there.
