I suggest to start by not conflating the different choices here - the software and the hosting. Zenodo is a hosted repository based on the Invenio repository software, whereas DSpace is a repository software and there are several options available for running DSpace as a hosted service. One more distinction is that AFAIK Zenodo is free to use, whereas any DSpace hosting I can think of will be paid in form of a subscription.
