The patch doesn't apply cleanly on (to be) 5.1 due to this one: drm/tinydrm: Use struct drm_rect https://cgit.freedesktop.org/drm/drm/commit/?id=b051b3459bbae907ef068bcd8b62f73f09ea5016 If it's just a debug warning but no ill effects, it'll show up in 5.2.
