Unsure if this helps or not, but before mesa's profiles were updated I was able
to get the game running using this patch:
https://gitlab.com/GloriousEggroll/wolfenstein-tno-tob-linux/blob/master/idtech5.patch
and setting
MESA_GL_VERSION_OVERRIDE=4.5COMPAT
this was working with wine 2.17 at the time
