--- Comment #142 from Marek Olšák <maraeo at gmail.com> --- I've seen plenty of GPU hangs with XCOM: Enemy Within. It's basically the same game with a little more content, but not much. The reproducibility is random. The hangs usually happen between 1 minutes and 8 hours. In my case, this is the data I've been able to obtain: - Reproduced on everything I was testing on: Hawaii (radeon), Tonga, Polaris11 (amdgpu) - It occurs with many different shaders, among which there are a few very simple ones. (no scratch or spills, a few ifs, no loops) - Disabling HyperZ has no effect. - Disabling CE has no effect. - VM faults never occur. - The hangs don't seem to have anything in common.
