Can you tell if it's your email provider putting them in junk and Thunderbird picking them up from there, or whether Thunderbird is getting them from the same place as your ham emails but deciding they're junk for itself? Sometimes, looking at the original message or the email's header fields gives a clue as to what made the decision.
