Hi,

At home I have a Lenovo L440 running Fedora/KDE, and found the same problem. I
have configured a 'popup' whenever the capslock is pressed. The popup is big
enough for me to notice :-)

I'm at work at the moment so can't say how I configured it. I'll take a look
when I get home tonight. It didn't involve any additional software, but is
probably one of the KDE 'notifications'.
