Google translate app on iOS has a camera feature, so both!
I pointed my phone at your image on my desktop screen, took a
‘photo’ in the app, then you have to colour in the bits with your
finger that you want google to translate (on the phone screen), and it
comes back with a translation. I had pre-selected Chinese as language…
