Yes, the links is to 34's beta from that October post, but 34 is now
released as stable and does include Hello.

AIUI you say you want to start one in your Firefox, it gives you a URL,
your mum opens the email you send her and opens the link, hoping that
Firefox gets the work.

Firefox 35 improves Hello;  it includes permanent links for a
conversation so they can be shared once and used multiple times.
