Andre,

I am sorry for any confusion on this matter. OSoft never asked to have our
format as the official Apache Documentation. That would be quite naive.
Apache has an incredible documentation group and we have no intent to
interfere. All I asked is if we could be listed as an alternative format for
those people who wish to have all of their documentation in one format,
viewable offline. For example, MySQL offers their documentation in HTML,
.PDF, CHM, and ThoutReader™ formats.

You've missed to quote most of the important stuff ;-)

There are no issues. You have taken the docs and converted it.
No, we won't pick your format as official Apache documentation format, but
you are free to provide it for download (of course).

Note that the apache feather is an ASF trademark only to be used with
permission.

Further points include:
- Apache doc is no OS documentation
- We don't use docbook (as you might think?!)
