Would you kindly help me interpret this message below? 
The ThoutReaderT is an open source GPL project. We are in the process of
converting all available OS documentation into one common format and
distributing it free. It is not clear to me what the issues are.

I certainly don't take it as anything against me. I was just letting
folks know that they had gone ahead and done it. I don't believe my
opinions on the matter have changed any either.
