OK, to cut things short:
I will go over the chapters in the GitHub ForWiki folder, trying to eliminate 
the errors I find.
After checking all the chapters I will assemble a PDF to see what happens if I 
make an ODM from the fixed chapters.

Meanwhile I would suggest to withdraw the published PDF from the mwiki
