and this seems to have all the information you need. If you have a

These are made with Templates.
For instance this oneTemplate:Documentation/MasterTOC

If you click on Edit voor this page:

http://wiki.openoffice.org/wiki/Documentation/DevGuide/OpenOffice.org_Developers_Guide

the used templates are mentioned on the bottom.

You have to make your own out of that.
Like I did on http://wiki.openoffice.org/wiki/NL/Documentation/BASIC_Guide
(Those are the adapted Dutch Templates I used for this BASIC-guide)
