How to apply Collection in the WIKI?‏

I'm Javier. I did subscribe in dev list. 
I'm working about menu in the wiki in this link

need to insert the extention collection: 
http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:Collection
 
How can I apply this extention in this wiki?
